Materials (required daily):
Binders - One for "morning" classes (pre-lunch) and one for "afternoon" classes (post-lunch)
Pencils
At least 2 pens (blue and/or black)
At least one highlighter
At least 2 red pens
Post-it notes pad (3" square or 3"x4" rectangle)
Colored pencils
School planner
Suggested: reinforced binder paper (has plastic edges so pages don't fall out of binder) and 2 clip-in pencil cases (one for each binder)
Suggested: 4GB (or larger) Flash/pen/USB drive, clearly labeled with student name in indelible ink

No liquid correction fluid
HW:
Students earn zeroes for late homework assignments.
Projects, take-home tests and quizzes, long-range assignments, papers, etc., lose a letter grade for each day they are late.
Make up tests:
When a student is absent, he/she should expect to take missed tests/quizzes the next day back in school.
If a student is late to school and misses a test/quiz, he/she must arrange for the make up test that day with the teacher of the missed class.
Projects are to be turned in if students are late or leaving for early dismissal.
Late to class:
Teacher issues conduct report - office assigns points and detention.
Discipline:
Teacher issues verbal warning to student on first offense.
Student calls home on classroom phone to report second offense.
Teacher issues conduct report after third offense - office assigns points and detention
After four offenses, student sent to office.
