Holmdel Library Sponsors Virtual Reality Series in May

Students should check their student emails for information about a “hands on course” on virtual reality in May at the Holmdel Library.

 

HCAA Photo Contest

Students should check their email accounts for information about HCAA’s 5th annual Photo Contest - photos may be submitted through Tuesday, April 30th!

 

NHS Homework Help

Student tutors from the high school’s National Honor Society will be offering HOMEWORK HELP to any and all students on Tuesday, April 30th,  from 2:45 - 4:00 pm in the CyberCenter.  Having trouble with an assignment? Come get some help from a high school honors student!!

 

Trip to Great Adventure - Permission Slips

Permission slips were distributed this week during homeroom for any student who wishes to go on our end-of-year trip to Great Adventure (Monday, June 10th). Permission slips and payment are due back no later than Tuesday, May 7th.

Spring Sports Roundup

Softball - congratulations to the team on their first win of the season on Tuesday, a 19-4 victory over Neptune. Starting off pitching was Emma Mioduszewski and finishing up the game was Sandra Contafio, while Natalie S. caught the entire game. There were some great hits throughout the game, including Rachel Quirk with a home run and Emma Mioduszewski with a triple, along with line drives from Alexa DiNardo, Maya Lundh and Sofia Campillay. Lastly, Grace Naughton ended the game with a great hit. Way to go, ladies!!

 

Baseball -  beat Long Branch  yesterday (14-4) to move above .500 on the season. Elliot Chun, Joe Barbarino, and Max Woodward pitched well in the game. Parker Beyun player a major role by contributing 3 hits in the game. Good game boys!
