Lost and Found

Students should check in the cafeteria for any lost items no later than TODAY. After that, any unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

 

School CLOSED - Monday, Jan. 20th 

All Holmdel schools will be CLOSED on Monday, Jan. 20th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. 

 

Homework Help is Back!

High school members of the National Honor Society will be available in the Cyber Center each Wednesday (following Extra Help) to assist any Satz students with their homework. Look for them next Wednesday, Jan. 22nd.

 

Satz Presents:  Annie, Jr.

Come on out and see the Satz school’s production of “Annie, Jr.” on Friday, January 24th  and Saturday, January 25th in the high school auditorium. Performances begin at 7:00 PM. Tickets are $5 per student and seniors/$7 for adults. Hope to see you there!!!

Thursday’s Sports Results

 

Boys Basketball - The boys used a 15 to 3 third quarter run to propel them to their 8th straight win defeating Matawan by the score of 67-30.  James Vallillo led all scorers with 24 points. Ben Kipnis added 11 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists. Other scorers were Evan Romano with 8, Matt Tempone 7, Frankie Brusco 6 and Andrew Piscatelli with 5 points.

 

Girls Basketball - The lady hornets came out fast and aggressive to beat a tough Matawan team by the score of 52-25. Rachel Quirk did a fantastic job defensively and battled hard to help keep a key Matawan offensive player from establishing her presence in the post. The girls used a balanced offensive attack to overtake Matawan. Alison Cannon scored 11 pts,Jamie DeCicco scored 9 pts, Ava Rubano scored 7 pts  and Julia Karpell scored 6 pts to led the offense for hornets. Also, contributing offensively were Grace Kolbasovesky and Rachel Quirk with 5 pts, and Kaylie Jorge with 4 pts. The ladies now have a record of 8-0, keep up the great work ladies! 

 

Wrestling - The Wrestling Team lost a close match yesterday to Matawan by a score of 42-30.  The following wrestlers had wins for Satz:
