PreK-Wrap Program
Due to COVID-19 and the impact it will have on the reopening of our schools, the District has decided not to launch our PreK-WRAP program in September as was planned.
PreK-WRAP Around Program
The PreK Wrap Around Program (PreK-WRAP) is a Holmdel Board of Education sponsored, tuition-based program developed to serve as an extended social and academic learning experience for the students enrolled in the PreK program at Village School. PreK-WRAP instructors will supplement the District PreK curriculum to support student learning by reinforcing skills previously introduced in class.
Hours of Operation
PreK-WRAP operates from 9:05am-3:35pm so that students enrolled attend school on the same schedule as Village School. All PreK-WRAP students have a lunch and recess period between 11:30am and 1:10pm and will be escorted to or from their AM or PM PreK classrooms.
Tuition
The tuition for PreK-WRAP is $5500 per year and is divided into ten equal monthly payments of $550 each. A deposit of $1100 is due at the time of acceptance into the program. The deposit will be posted as payment for September 2020 and June 2021 or the first and last month’s payment. The remaining eight payments are due on the 1st of each month from October 2020 through May 2021.
Enrollment in PreK-WRAP is limited. If necessary, a lottery will be held. Date TBD.

Indian Hill School students may no longer attend AM Prime Time at Village School. THERE WILL BE NO BUS FROM VILLAGE TO INDIAN HILL.
Prime Time is a Holmdel Board of Education sponsored, tuition-based before and after school program offered to students attending Village and Indian Hill Schools. The program is staffed by dedicated District employees whose main goals are to ensure the physical and emotional safety of the students enrolled, maintain a before and after school community where each student is valued, differences are celebrated, and to have fun!

Monthly Schedule
Students must be registered to participate in Prime Time.
Prime Time allows families to submit custom monthly schedules to fit their individual before and after school care needs.
The credit/debit card we have on file will be charged at the end of each month.
Schedules are due by the 25th of the month prior.

Breakfast and Snacks
**Breakfast and snacks must be nut-free. Several of our Prime Time friends have severe food allergies.**
Please send in a snack for AM (optional) and PM Prime Time.
**If your child has a food allergy, please submit an "Allergy Action Plan". If an EpiPen is required, please provide one designated for Prime Time.**
Schedule Changes Student Absences
If your child is in school and scheduled to attend Prime Time/Prime Time Camp but will not be attending, it is important to follow at least one of these steps to avoid confusion at dismissal.

Drop Off/Pick Up
The safety of the students and staff is most important so we ask parents/guardians to adhere to the following procedures:
- Please be prepared to show a photo ID every day at p/u as the staff may change day to day
- AM: There will be a staff member there to greet you and take your child's temperature. Please do not leave until they have been cleared.
- PM: sign student out and include the time of p/u
- Please alert any emergency contacts to the above drop off and pick up procedures.
Village School
Drop off and pick up for AM and PM Prime Time is through Door #29.
Prime Time closes promptly at 6pm. Please make alternate arrangements if you are going to be late.
Call/text Lara Carducci 301-675-8081 if you are going to be late and/or have arranged alternate pick up.
Indian Hill School
Drop off and pick up for AM and PM Prime Time is through Door #32.
Prime Time closes promptly at 6pm. Please make alternate arrangements if you are going to be late.
When you pull into the parking lot at Indian Hill drive straight until it loops around, about halfway through the loop you should see door #32. Please call (732)-264-7155 when you arrive at door #32. When you drop off for morning Prime Time we will take your child's temperature at the door, if it is 100.4 degrees or higher they cannot enter the building. You can return in 10 minutes and we will try again.
Drop-In Requests
Emergency Closings
Prime Time is closed when schools are closed due to inclement weather or building emergency.
AM Prime Time will open at 9am when there is a 2-hour delayed opening due to inclement weather or other emergency.
PM Prime Time is closed when there is an early dismissal due to inclement weather or other emergency.
Safety
The physical and emotional safety of the students is our top priority. Whenever appropriate, students will be encouraged to resolve conflicts independently. Prime Time staff will be accessible to support students through this process.
Incidents occurring that adversely affect the safety and well being of students or staff are taken extremely seriously. Depending on the severity of the incident, the following disciplinary actions will be taken:
- student will be removed from activity and permitted to return when they feel they are ready
- student will be removed from activity for a short period of time and wait for permission to return
- student will be removed from activity and parent/guardian will be notified
- student will be suspended from Prime Time and parent/guardian must meet with Lara Carducci and staff member for reentry into the program (# of days depending on severity of incident)
- student will not be permitted to attend Prime Time for the remainder of the school year
