2026–2027 New Student Registration

2026–2027 Preschool and Kindergarten New Student Registration

1. Click "Next " on that registration page, and enter the information requested by the online forms.
   Note: Required fields are marked, and Holmdel Township Public Schools will receive the data exactly as it is entered.  Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.
2. On the "Summary" page, resolve any missing or incorrect information. You can click "Find Invalid Fields" to jump directly to missed fields.
3. Click "Submit"!
   On the submission confirmation page you will have the opportunity to print out a copy of your registration to keep for your records.  Note:  Once the form is electronically submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from PowerSchool Registration.

After completion of the on-line registration process from one of the links above, please provide original documents as listed below

1. Proof of Age (one of the following): Birth Certificate or Passport
2. Proof of Residency (one of the following): Deed/Closing Paper Statement, Lease, or Notarized Letter along with original deed/lease if living with a Holmdel resident
3. Supporting Documentation of Residency (two of the following): Two recent utility bills, Voter's registration, Recent property tax bill, Homeowner's insurance certificate, Current Driver's License, Other (i.e., certificate of occupancy, major credit card bill)
4. Custody Documentation (if applicable)
5. Immunization Records
6. Transfer Card from Previous School 
7. Report Card and Test Results from Previous School 

New Student Registration for Additional Students

A New Student Registration form must be submitted for each student in your family. Once you have successfully submitted one New Student Registration, you will have the opportunity to begin another from the "Submission Confirmation" page.
